Our client is a fast growing Financial Services company based in the Vale of Glamorgan.
We are immediately seeking a Marketing Executive with responsibility for implementing the marketing plan which will include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyse and report on the performance of marketing activity and making recommendations on how to improve success.

Role and Responsibilities

Drive website conversions through management of the website, SEO and PPC activity
Qualify inbound leads to identify SQL’s through questioning and relationship building
Manage social media presence, consistently driving traffic and leads to the website
Create effective B2B content for emails and blogs
Assist with the successful delivery of the marketing schedule, including delivery of events, managing partner relationships, awards entries and more
Basic design responsibilities including imagery for social media

Candidate Specification

Experience of marketing products and services
Track record of executing multi-channel campaigns
Digital marketing experience with an understanding of marketing automation
Experience of building engaged communities on Twitter and LinkedIn
Ability to plan and execute successful social media campaigns
The ability to track and analyse campaign data
A thorough understanding of Google Analytics
Attention to detail
Relationship building skills, comfortable on the phone and in person
3 years B2B marketing experience
Experience using Hubspot, WordPress and Adobe Design
