Felicity Rees, CEO

Felicity is the founder and Managing Partner of Rees Element Executive Search. She is a true professional who is passionate about recruitment. She has spent over 30 years in sales and sales recruitment and has been conducting executive sales assignments since 1998 and established strong cooperation with clients across such sectors as consumer goods, retail, professional services, and property development. Previously Felicity held various senior sales positions including Ginn Publishing and Land Securities.
Executive & Finance
Greg has conducted executive search assignments since 2001 and is Principal of Element Leadership Consulting. He has also written numerous articles and has spoken on leadership and strategy issues at conferences. Previously Greg held senior positions at Price Waterhouse and Exxon Chemical and holds an Honours degree from the University of Surrey and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant.
Lorena specialises in identifying the best talent from our databases of over 30,000 candidates. She has been actively participating at conferences, seminars and workshops on employability skills such as commercial awareness, communication, listening and negotiation skills, creating presentations, writing CVs, interview tactics and application forms. Originally from Ramnicu Valcea, Romania, her interests include visual arts and the study of culture and languages. Lorena is currently studying BA Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies at Cardiff University.
Paul Tanner, MCIPD, MBA
Executive, Marketing & Finance
Paul is a corporate transformation specialist and executive coach. He has held various senior positions at Reed Professional Services including Portfolio Director and Business Change Manager. Previously Paul was Programme Director at the BBC, Senior Manager at Lloyds PhoneBank and Senior Lecturer at Cardiff University.
Agata has a wealth of digital recruitment experience, along with a degree in Politics and Economics, a NVQ level 4 in Business Administration and ACAS training in employment law. Agata’s professional experience has been predominantly with a recruitment focused digital marketing company providing web site content, email marketing and HR blogging services to clients. Originally from Poland, she has a genuine interest in the developing UK digital recruitment industry and HR strategy.
Sales & Marketing
Alex is an experienced sales professional and recruiter, and provides expertise for companies seeking to recruit target driven sales executives, marketing managers and customer service teams. Previously with SCS, Golly Slater and CCS Direct, Alex is proficient in identifying the key skills and attitudes necessary for candidates seeking to join motivated selling teams. Assessing the selling techniques of Customer Introduction, Telesales, Relationship Building and Closing are incorporated in live role-playing during the interview process.
Executive, Business Development
John brings a wealth of experience from a variety of sectors to complement the team at Rees Element. With extensive knowledge and experience of working in operational roles throughout the UK combined with the retail and sales experience at Blue Chip companies and most recently with number of years with a global client research organisation.
